My recent stay at this hotel was truly exceptional! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. the room service was top-notch, and the housekeeping team kept the rooms spotless. the breakfast buffet was a delight, offering a wide variety of delicious options for every palate. the location was great, with easy access to transport options and popular landmarks nearby. the poolside bar was a fantastic place to unwind and enjoy a refreshing drink. Overall, my experience was nothing short of amazing!

While my stay was fantastic overall, I believe the hotel could improve by offering more organized tours or ticket assistance for guests looking to explore Dubai's attractions. Providing this service would enhance the overall guest experience and convenience.

The Italian products at H Hotel Dubai's dining spots are to die for—like a taste of Napoli in the desert! The service, from Ahmed Atta to Aneesh, Cristina, and more, is top-notch. The F&B Manager, Mr Mohamed Mattar, is a real gem.

The breakfast buffet can feel repetitive, and the absence of plastic cups for on-the-go coffee is a head-scratcher. Despite the smokiness in the lobby bar, the place still buzzes with energy and character.

I chose this hotel for attending an assembly because it provides a great space for meetings. The 2nd mezzanine level of the hotel is dedicated entirely to a selection of 16 dynamic meeting rooms of various sizes, most of which enjoy ample daylight. The staff was very accommodating and ensured that all the meeting facilities were well prepared and served my purpose well.

One service that I missed for my work was the availability of a dedicated business center with extensive support services.

Everything I needed was provided in the room. the lobby was also impressive, and it was a nice place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee with friends. There were plenty of restaurants and bars in the hotel, including the Loin and H bars and the Indian restaurant in H Tower called Play Lounge. the location on Sheikh Zayed Road was convenient, with everything close by. the staff, especially Grace, made my stay even more enjoyable by communicating with me through WhatsApp before and during my visit. I highly recommend staying here.

The 2 bed room apartments are spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for a group of friends. The staff are brilliant and go out of their way to accommodate guests. The location is superb with easy access to restaurants, bars, and attractions. The bar and restaurant, Play, adds an extra touch to make the stay memorable and enjoyable. a fantastic 5-star property for traveling with friends or family.

Felt privileged, no complaints whatsoever.

The gym is so huge that I got lost trying to find my way out. The spa treatments were so good, I almost melted into the massage table. They even have a fancy machine to dispose of food waste, because that's what every hotel needs. And don't get me started on the cheese board class, now I can impress all my imaginary guests.

As if I have time to notice anything negative in my fabulous life. Everything was just perfect, obviously.

Urban on 4 is a fantastic coffee house and restaurant. the staff, especially Marsha, are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They make you feel right at home. I loved starting my day with their delicious coffee and Musli. And the lunch options were just as amazing.

There were a few drawbacks to my stay. the glass showers in the two-bedroom apartment were not ideal for privacy.

The gym was a fitness haven! I felt like a superhero in a high-tech, superhero training facility. The state-of-the-art equipment made me feel invincible as I worked out, stretched, and engaged in the ultimate battle against laziness.
